This patriotic Japanese man was restrained by police when he began harassing a small group of Japanese peace activists protesting against Japanese Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi’s visit to Yasukuni Shrine that same morning (Oct. 17, 2005). This was Koizumi’s fifth visit to the controversial war shrine since becoming Prime Minister in April 2001.
